In this talk, David Vermette, MD, MHS, a 2023 graduate of the YSM Master of Health Science Medical Education Program, will explore trainee well-being through the comprehensive lens of "flourishing,” a holistic framework incorporating meaning, purpose, virtue, and social relationships alongside physical and mental health.
