Yashira Henriquez is a dynamic project management and community engagement professional based in New York, dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within clinical research and community programs. With a Master of Health Science in Medical Laboratory Science from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from the University at Albany, Yashira combines a strong academic foundation with extensive hands-on experience. She has played pivotal roles in managing innovative clinical trials, notably at Yale School of Medicine and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where her leadership has fostered community engagement and enhanced representation in research.
In addition to her professional achievements, Yashira serves on the Boards of Directors for Abbott House and One World Girl, INC., championing initiatives that empower underrepresented communities. Fluent in Spanish and skilled in various project management tools, she is passionate about designing evidence-based programs that promote community well-being.
