Stephanie Yarnell-Mac Grory, MD, PhD, Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, has been appointed to the University of Florida College of Medicine’s Alumni Association Board of Directors.
Yarnell-Mac Grory graduated with both her MD (2013) and PhD (2011) from the University of Florida College of Medicine. She is a graduate of the Yale Psychiatry Residency Program and completed the Law and Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry fellowships at Yale School of Medicine. She remains on faculty in the Department of Psychiatry.
She is also enrolled in the Global Executive MBA Program at Duke Fuqua School of Business; she is expected to graduate in May 2022.
The Medical Alumni Board of Directors works to advance the causes of medical education while fostering a spirit of cordiality and good fellowship among College of Medicine alumni. Board terms are two years and limited to two terms.
"It is an honor to serve on the Medical Alumni Board of Directors," Yarnell-Mac Grory said. "It speaks to my reputation, name, and leadership-to-date to be afforded such an opportunity. I am proud to uphold Yale's challenge to be leaders in the field and look forward to serving as a representative of this department while on the Board of Directors."
