Funding and Acknowledgements
GROW builds on the work of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of the Yale Doctoral Internship in Clinical and Community Psychology, which includes representation from training faculty and psychology doctoral trainees. We acknowledge the numerous trainees and psychology faculty’s expertise, experience, and voices that laid the foundation for this work.
GROW programming has been made possible through funding from the Yale School of Medicine's Department of Psychiatry, Yale School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the Deputy Dean's Office for Education at Yale School of Medicine, Yale Department of Internal Medicine, the Poorvu Teaching and Learning Center, and generous donors.
This curriculum is a continuation of work previously presented through grant funding from the American Psychological Association's Commission on Ethnic Minority Recruitment, Teaching and Training II Commission on Ethnic Minority Recruitment, Teaching and Training II (CEMRATT2). The content of this site and structure of the curriculum was developed by Amber W. Childs, Rebecca Miller and Cindy Crusto.
