The book "Frontal Fatigue. The Impact of Modern Life and Technology on Mental Illness," by Mark Rego, MD, assistant clinical professor of psychiatry, was published in October.
The book explores the data pointing to an increase or worsening of common mental disorders, an explanatory mechanism for these changes involving the prefrontal cortex, and ways we may be able to buffer ourselves from these effects.
