Matthew Ponticiello (he/him) is an MD PhD student pursuing his PhD in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases at YSPH in the Altice Lab. His research interests include HIV implementation science, opioid use disorder, and mood disorders. Matt is particularly interested in using qualitative methods to integrate social science and epidemiologic methods to improve the uptake of care.
