Yale Health Psychology Virtual Forum
The title of the forum is “Digital Behavioral Health Interventions to Improve Outcomes in Chronic Health Conditions.” Digital behavioral health interventions are rapidly being applied across a variety of health conditions. Advances in technology have led to the development of tools that offer greater access for patients to evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The forum will present specific digital behavioral health interventions applied in chronic pain, insomnia, and addiction to facilitate discussion on the promise of and challenges in widespread utilization of this fast-growing area of therapeutics.
An interdisciplinary group of clinicians and speakers will present digital behavioral health interventions and clinical use cases to illustrate their utility and effectiveness, followed by a Q&A and panel discussion.
