Tobias J.E. Carling

Tobias J.E. Carling, M.D., Ph.D., HS ’02, FW ’08, assistant professor of surgery, has been named the first Doris Duke-Damon Runyon Clinical Investigator, the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation and the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation announced in June 2010. Carling will receive a total of $486,000 over three years for his project titled “Molecular Genetics of Endocrine Tumor Disease.”
