Gerard N. Burrow, M.D. '58, the David Paige Smith Professor of Medicine (endocrinology) and special advisor to the president for health affairs, was among the speakers at a Smithsonian/Hoffman-LaRoche Symposium held in September at the National Museum of American History in Washington. Dr. Burrow's talk was titled Preparing for the Information Age in Health Care.
