In Vitro Slice Chamber

We performed intracellular recordings from neurons maintained in vitro in an interface-style recording chamber. The manipulator on the right held the intracellular recording microelectrode. The manupulators on the left hold the two drug-applying micropipettes. Slices are maintained at 35 degrees C for up to 12 hours.
