Biography
Dr. Talwalkar's interests include clinical skills teaching, primary care residency education, curriculum development and evaluation, cystic fibrosis, and transition of care. He sees general internal medicine and pediatric patients at the Children's and Family Health Center in Waterbury, CT. He also serves as Associate Director of the Yale Cystic Fibrosis Adult Program based out of the Winchester Chest Clinic at Yale–New Haven Hospital.
His educational interests include curricular development for residents and students. He is the Director of Clinical Skills at Yale School of Medicine, and is the editor of the Yale Primary Care Pediatrics Curriculum (pcpc.yale.edu). He supervises fellows, residents and medical students in both the inpatient and outpatient settings at Yale.
