Photography

The Office of Communications is responsible for photography for the School of Medicine, including:

  • YSM priority events, such as Commencement and White Coat Ceremony
  • YSM website home pages and landing pages
  • Yale Medicine website and marketing images

The Office of Communications offers several hours of photography per year for each department to meet its photography needs. Additionally, the office keeps a list of freelance photographers in the area who are approved Yale suppliers, in case you need photography services that aren’t covered by the Office of Communications.

The office also maintains an archive of photographs depicting the activities of faculty, staff, and students, as well as images of campus scenes, buildings, and events.

New photoshoot requests can be submitted at https://airtable.com/shrF44gPiL9Oi7uKG.
