Website Support & Publishing

The Office of Communications' Technology team works with you to determine your goals, audiences, and priorities. From there, we deliver dynamic, user-focused, and data-informed tools and websites that serve the Yale School of Medicine and Yale Medicine.

You edit:

  • Your profile, calendar, and news via our dynamic content management system, Beatrix.

Your Organization Administrator edits:

  • Organizational people lists, events, news, messaging, newsletters, and submits other changes via the YSM ticketing system at ysm.editor@yale.edu.

The Communications Technology Team:

  • Maintains and builds websites as needed to assure digital accessibility, search engine optimization, optimal user experience, and advises on content relevance and presentation
  • Sets up and training for staff to manage news, profiles, events, and people listings
  • Administers and develops technological solutions for identifying, maintaining, and delivering content and data solutions to YSM
