YSM and Yale Medicine policies, procedures, and bylaws live in a YSM-managed document management system, PolicyTech. These documents include YCCI, MD and MD-PhD Education, Finance & Administration, Communications, Governance, and YM Practice Standards and Administration.

Yale University Policies & Procedures
All Yale employees and faculty are required to follow Yale University Policies & Procedures. Users should continue to refer to the Yale University policy website for University-wide controlled documents.
Research Administration University-Wide Policies
Yale University research-related policy, procedures and guidance can be accessed via the Yale Research Support site.
Office of the Provost Policies & Procedures
The Office of the Provost holds responsibility for University-wide policies governing a range of scholarly research, faculty support, and other academic activities. The Faculty Handbook can also be viewed on the Office of Provost page.
Yale New Haven Health Policies & Procedures
YSM individuals may also be subject to YNHH Policies & Procedures, depending on their role. We recommend those individuals that are subject to these policies and procedures access them in their controlled document solution managed by YNHH directly.
