Biography
Dr. Jeremy Ansah-Twum, an orthopedic resident at Yale New Haven Hospital, is deeply committed to advancing musculoskeletal health and enhancing patients’ quality of life. He aspires to specialize in Sports Medicine, a field that enables him to blend his clinical expertise, dedication to innovative research, and passion for helping individuals achieve their physical best.
His journey began with a strong foundation in athletics, including football and track, and academics, earning a degree in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, followed by medical training at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Raised by minister parents, his Christian faith has shaped his lifelong commitment to helping others.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ansah-Twum has embraced several leadership roles, received prestigious scholarships and honors, and contributed to orthopedic research with numerous peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals. Dr. Ansah-Twum is passionate about using his skills and experiences to inspire positive, lasting change and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those around him.
