Welcome to the Department of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation. I am honored to be the first woman Chair of this department and look forward to building upon the history of excellence in patient care, education, and research that is synonymous with Yale. I am excited to lead the Department of Orthpaedics & Rehabilitation into the future with a commitment to improving patient outcomes and experiences; supporting faculty, residents, and students to achieve excellence; and finding innovative solutions to the problems medicine and orthopaedics face today.
