Thursday, Oct. 31 – MEDG “Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: Strategies to Promote Belonging in Medical Education” by Aba Black, MD, MHS
This interactive session will focus on defining imposter syndrome and describing its prevalence, characterizing features, and impact. Participants will leave with tangible strategies to mitigate imposter syndrome and support peers and trainees in ways that promote professional belonging.
