Biography
Dr. Machiavello Roman is a graduate of Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Jacobi Medical Center, affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by an Infectious Disease Fellowship at the Yale School of Medicine, where he served as chief fellow. At Yale, he pursued training in the care of immunocompromised hosts. His clinical and research interests include neurologic infections of patients with immunocompromising conditions and medical education in Infectious Diseases.
