Kaplan, M.D., associate professor of pediatrics and director of the Disabled Child Care Program and the Center for Children with Special Health Care Needs, was chosen one of 30 fellows for Zero to Three’s Leaders for the 21st Century program. Zero to Three is a national nonprofit organization of pediatricians and child development specialists.
