Members of the Center for Breast Cancer at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center joined more than 11,000 physicians, scientists, and trainees focused on advancing research and clinical care in breast cancer attending the annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) December 10-14, 2024. The Symposium is designed to provide state-of-the-art information on the experimental biology, etiology, prevention, diagnosis, and therapy of breast cancer and premalignant breast disease to an international audience of academic and private physicians and researchers.
Yale Cancer Center was proud to have leaders from Yale present 6 panel presentations/education sessions, moderate 4 concurrent poster sessions, and share research during 13 posters presentations at SABCS this year. The team supported one another's presentations, networked with colleagues, and returned to New Haven with renewed connections and new ideas for 2025.
