Health & Wellness Village

The Health & Wellness Village is part of a larger New Haven Pride event. The Health & Wellness Village aims to bridge the gap between health care providers and historically underrepresented and underserved communities, including those experiencing homelessness, undocumented individuals, and LGBTQ+ populations.

The Health & Wellness Village is coordinated in partnership with the Neighborhood Health Project (NHP) and the New Haven Pride Center. The sponsors include:
