Dr. Chang's clinical focus is on patients with non-cancerous blood diseases. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital. He completed his fellowship in Hematology & Oncology at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Chang sees patients at the Smilow Care Center in Waterbury, CT and the Smilow Classical Hematology program in Orange, CT.
