Yale Ob/Gyn hosted a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Retreat at the Cohen Auditorium for faculty, residents, and staff.
The retreat, led by Ob/Gyn Vice Chair of DEI Sangini Sheth, MD, MPH, had attendees participate in various exercises that allowed them to see the world through the lens of different people and experiences.
Throughout the event, four guest speakers talked about multiple aspects of DEI.

Vice Chair of DEI Sangini Sheth, MD, MPH, welcomes everyone to the Yale Ob/Gyn DEI Retreat. In her welcome speech, Dr. Sheth mentioned how she has felt marginalized throughout her career and why DEI is essential.
