The Flowjo website offers tutorials on the basics of its software, as well as information on how to install and use plugins for more advanced forms of analyses.

• FlowJo exchange site for plugin downloads. Please note that only some plugins are relevant to flow cytometry so be sure to set the filter to see those.
• Webinar on “Advanced analyses using FlowJo” presented Oct 28th 2024. This presentation by John Quinn (FlowJo) reviews all of the categories of plugin tools available, but focuses on data cleaning algorithms and dimensionality reduction approaches.
