What does diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to you personally? 

Seeing all different faces, cultures and physical abilities at the table.

Why do you value diversity?

We cannot make health recommendations for cultures we do not represent.

Why should an academic setting be equal and inclusive?

Academics is the future and the guidance for all, and it needs to represent all.

Why are you on the diversity committee?

To understand what is going on to guide these principles and be at the forefront of representing.

What do you look forward to most?

Continued education and growth.

What have you noticed in the department?

More lectures offered.
