Content development and instructor for this MS3 medicine core clerkship didactic session - "A Value-Based Approach to Anemia"

I have served as a facilitator for several small group sessions throughout the medical school curriculum including - 1) Core Inquiry Curriculum small group facilitator (MS1s, 04/2023), 2) Diagnostic Reasoning Block small group facilitator for sessions on “impact of goals of care on diagnosis” and “physical exam as diagnostic reasoning” (MS2s, 12/2022), 3) value-based approach to anemia didactic instructor (MS3, medicine core clerkship, bimonthly 10/2022-06/2023), and 4) introduction to career launch small group facilitator for “having difficult conversations” and “clinical reasoning” (MS4s, 03/2023) as well as “clinical ethics” (04/2023) and cardiology clinical reasoning sessions (05/2023).
