• 00:03On the Yale School of
• 00:04Medicine website profiles,
• 00:06you have the option to
• 00:07add an image banner to
• 00:08the top of your profile.
• 00:10You may choose to add
• 00:11a short banner or a
• 00:12tall banner to the top
• 00:13of your profile page.
• 00:16To add your own banner
• 00:17image,
• 00:17go to beatrix dot yale
• 00:19dot e d u, then
• 00:20navigate to your profile.
• 00:24Then click on the appearance
• 00:26tab.
• 00:28Scroll down to the profile
• 00:29header, header banner section.
• 00:31Here, you can choose an
• 00:33existing image from the Beatrix
• 00:34Media Library
• 00:36or upload an image file
• 00:37from your own device.
• 00:45Use the cropping tools to
• 00:46make sure the correct part
• 00:47of the image is in
• 00:48focus for the short and
• 00:50tall versions of the banner.
• 00:56Lastly, make sure to indicate
• 00:57via the radio buttons whether
• 00:59you would like a short
• 01:00or tall banner to appear
• 01:01on your profile.
• 01:03Once the image is approved
• 01:04by the YSM communications team,
• 01:06the new banner will appear
• 01:07on your profile.
• 01:10If you'd like to remove
• 01:11an image banner from your
• 01:12profile, click the trash can
• 01:14icon to the start up.
