Elizabeth Ackley

Elizabeth Ackley was raised in Sudbury, Massachusetts, the oldest of three girls. She went to college at Georgetown University, where she majored in mathematics and minored in French language. She was the captain of Georgetown's Bioethics Debate Team and received Georgetown University's Ethics Award for her work leading the team to several national championships. She then went to New York University School of Medicine, where she was the Director of Management for the New York City Women's Health Free Clinic and served on the board of the NYC Free Clinic. She was additionally involved in several community outreach groups in the greater NYC area. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and now works as an OB/GYN provider for Sound OB/GYN. She lives with her husband and incredible two-year old daughter.
