Welcome to the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at Yale School of Medicine.

In service of that mission, we hope that this website can provide accurate, up-to-date medical information as well as learning resources and inspirational stories from our patients and caregivers.

Since finishing my residency here at Yale-New Haven Hospital in 1992, I've watched the Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences Department expand to become a worldwide leader in women's medicine. We're honored when patients from across the Northeast-and indeed, the world-choose to receive their treatments at Yale.

Be it for a regular checkup or advanced cancer treatment, every woman who walks through our doors is treated as an individual. No two patients are alike nor are their treatment plans. A visitor to Yale can be secure in the knowledge that she is in the very best of hands, working with terrifically diverse, skilled and driven teams-and receiving the very best care in the world.
