Students can access Yale Hub with their NetID and password. New students will receive an email with instructions for creating a NetID.

YaleHub gives you access to personal information such as name, address, status of financial aid requirements, financial aid letters, and student account. It is important to make sure your contact information is up to date.

Yale University believes the most efficient way to communicate with students is through electronic means (email and website/portal). We encourage you to provide consent so that we may keep you up to date on various aspects of your financial aid.

If you opt out of e-consent, we will be required to send your financial aid letters and student loan disbursement notifications by postal mail rather than email or website/portal. We will also not be able to accept requests for loan increases, decreases or cancellations by email.

Disbursement dates are listed by program and year. If you are expecting a refund, additional information is available at the Student Accounts website.
