Please utilize Yale Protein Expression Database (YPED) in order to submit samples to the MS and Proteomics resource. You can create/login to our online sample submission and results dissemination at database.

All samples for proteomics analyses must be submitted via YPED. Sample submission forms are available for small molecule analysis and intact protein mass determination requests (See below).
