    Biography

    Jennifer Claydon is the Senior Associate Director of Training Program Assessment, dividing her time between the Biological and Biomedical Sciences Program of the Medical School, and the Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning. At the BBS, she works with principle investigators to design and implement training grant evaluation plans. At the Poorvu Center, she holds consultations and observations with instructors across all faculty specialties and manages program assessment projects. She holds a BS in Psychology from Fairfield University, and obtained her doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. She has seven years of experience as the instructor of record at various colleges and universities in New England, teaching general and cognitive psychology, and biological bases of behavior. Prior to Yale, Dr. Claydon worked as the Accreditation Coordinator at Fairfield University after serving as the Director of Disability Support Services at Fairfield.
