Research Areas

Projects currently being pursued by students in the Translational Molecular Medicine, Pharmacology, and Physiology Track cover many areas of contemporary biology, medicine and therapeutics. These encompass the study of cancer and many other human diseases, virology/immunology/hematology, cellular receptors and signal transduction, genetic/genomic/systems biology approaches, and others. The major realms of expertise represented in the Track are listed above, along with the associated faculty members leading the research in these exciting and important research areas.
