Chelsea Wallace, MEd

Chelsea Wallace is the Program Manager for the inaugural Longitudinal Coaching Program at YSM. She attended Texas Tech University, earning her undergraduate degree (BS) in Human Development and Family Sciences. Cumulatively, she has 7 years of professional higher education experience in areas such as student development, program management, recruitment, admissions and career counseling while working for Texas Tech University. Chelsea completed a graduate degree (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Administration in 2022. She has co-authored an opposite editorial piece in Times Higher Education.

Chelsea currently holds a co-chair position on the Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) Mentorship Subcommittee. In addition, she serves on multiple YSM committees and has a particular interest in policy development.
