Welcome to Healthcare Leadership in Radiology
The Healthcare Leadership Fellowship was established in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging in 2012. Since its inception we have been dedicated to developing future leaders not only within radiology, but within healthcare and society. Our mission is intertwined with that of the Yale School of Management – creating leaders in business and society. With this mission in mind, we uphold several core competencies:
1. Bridging the gap between clinical expertise and business acumen to provide higher value healthcare to all.
2. Providing time, space, and support for personal involvement in innovation and exploration.
3. Understanding the breadth and depth of healthcare management and leadership.
We are particularly proud of the vastness of opportunity available to our Healthcare Leadership Fellows, which allows each to have their own unique experience and mold their pathway while they are with us. This program, in conjunction with our newly established resident elective, sets the foundation for a brighter healthcare future.
