Healthcare Leadership Program Director

Dr. Kumar is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging. He completed his radiology residency from University of Connecticut and his neuroradiology fellowship from University of Massachusetts. He joined Yale in 2021 as a Fellow in the Healthcare Leadership Program, during which he gained clinical proficiency for emergency imaging and earned a Master of Business Administration at the Yale School of Management. He currently serves as a member of the Emergency & Trauma section and is interested in many radiology management topics including finance, operations, strategic planning, and workflow optimization.
