Biographical Info

Robert H. Pietrzak completed a B.A. in Psychology at Clark University, and M.P.H. in Epidemiology and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Connecticut. Following a clinical internship at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, Dr. Pietrzak joined the faculty of the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine and Clinical Neurosciences Division of the National Center for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. His primary research interests include the epidemiology of traumatic stress and resilience across the lifespan; the relationship between psychopathology and cognitive function, and neuropsychological assessment methodology.
