Brief Bio:

Rabbi Susan L. Moss is the Palliative Care Chaplain on the Saint Raphael Campus. She was ordained by Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in New York, and completed her chaplaincy training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital. She is board certified through Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains. Susan previously served as palliative care chaplain at Bridgeport Hospital, where she saw admitted patients and also helped establish the outpatient palliative care clinic at the Park Avenue Medical Center. She is a compassionate listener who collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to help patients and their families address questions of meaning, purpose, and connection.
