The Yale Center for Immersive Technologies in Pediatrics

The Yale Center for Immersive Technologies in Pediatrics focuses on the use of Immersive technology (virtual, augmented, and mixed reality) and game technology in applications, interventions, and research with the goal of improving lives and reducing disparities among youth and their families. Our mission is to provide effective and safe immersive applications for youth, with a particular focus on those at risk for experiencing health disparities associated with race/ethnicity, age, gender, sexual identity, socioeconomic status, and disabilities.

XRPeds Lab

Housed within the Yale Center for Immersive Technology, the XRPeds lab brings together over 13 years of experience developing, evaluating, and implementing immersive technology and game-based interventions and clinical applications with youth.
