Family, friends, faculty, and staff gathered on May 23 in Amistad Park, near the campus of Yale School of Medicine (YSM), to celebrate the 98 new graduates of the school’s MD program.
“Professor Angoff, you are the heart and soul of Yale School of Medicine. Thank you for everything you’ve done for generations of our students and thank you for being a wonderful member of our faculty.”
On May 18, the 113 graduates of the Yale School of Medicine (YSM) MD Class of 2020 were celebrated in an hour-long virtual Commencement ceremony, an event that reflected tremendous collaboration among YSM students, faculty, and staff.
Every student at Yale School of Medicine seeking residency matched in 2018. Unusual in its own right, the feat is more impressive when one considers that this may be YSM's largest graduating class in the institution's history.
