Jordan is currently a resident physician in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University. He was born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada and completed a master's degree in medical anthropology prior to entering medical school at Yale. While a medical student, he pursued global health research and clinical opportunities in India, Nepal, Ecuador, Peru, and South Africa. His current research focuses on the therapeutic application of psychedelic substances and in 2015, he helped co-found the Yale Psychedelic Science Group. Jordan’s clinical interests include mental health system development and integrative psychiatry, especially utilizing mindfulness-based psychotherapy.
