Brian Zaboski, PhD

Brian A. Zaboski, Ph.D., ABPP, NCSP, is an Assistant Professor at Yale University, the Associate Director for Clinical Psychology at the Yale OCD Research Clinic, and the Director of Clinical Research for Bridgeport Hospital’s REACH Program. A board-certified psychologist in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology, Dr. Zaboski specializes in the evidence-based treatment of obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (OCRDs) through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP).

Dr. Zaboski’s work sits at the intersection of computational psychiatry, clinical science, and translational program development. His research utilizes advanced deep learning architectures, neuroimaging, and EEG to predict treatment outcomes; identify clinically meaningful OCD subtypes; and investigate the mechanisms of change in exposure therapy.

In his clinical leadership roles, he is dedicated to translating these predictive models into scalable intensive outpatient programs and providing expert consultation to health systems on the delivery of high-acuity behavioral care. A recognized leader in the integration of technology and mental health, Dr. Zaboski also founded and leads the Artificial Intelligence Special Interest Group for the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF).

Dr. Zaboski completed his Ph.D. at the University of Florida, with specialized clinical and research postdoctoral training at Rogers Behavioral Health and Yale University.
