Research Summary
How do we optimize our care for children within a medical home? Clearly we can strive to improve how we train about primary care, but -- Can we improve on the traditional well care model via shared medical appointments? Can we connect families to us better by promoting use of the patient portal? Can we address some of families' unmet social/legal needs within our medical system? Can we prioritize their school attendance by improving how we interact with the school health system?
