    Biography

I am a translational cancer bioinformatics scientist with expertise in integrative genomics, epigenetics, and immuno-oncology. My research spans breast cancer, lung cancer including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and colorectal cancer, with a focus on tumor evolution, immune evasion, and therapeutic resistance.

I apply multi-omics approaches, including whole-exome, whole-genome, transcriptomic, and epigenomic sequencing; copy number variation analysis, spatial transcriptomics and single-cell technologies such as single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and scATAC-seq, to study tumor immune interactions and treatment responses. I have experience working on clinical trial-based projects, integrating molecular and clinical data to explore biomarkers of response and resistance. I develop reproducible computational frameworks for somatic variant analysis, copy number and aneuploidy assessment, epigenomic profiling, chromatin accessibility analysis, neoantigen prediction, and antigen processing and presentation pathway analysis, including chaperones and immunoproteasomes.

My work contributes to collaborative, multidisciplinary efforts aimed at advancing precision oncology across targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and DNA damage-based treatment strategies.
