    Biography

Dr. Victor N. Oboli is a pediatric emergency medicine postdoctoral fellow at Yale University School of Medicine. Victor graduated medical school at the top of his class from the University of Port Harcourt College of Health Sciences in southern Nigeria. After graduation, he served with the Nigerian Police Medical Services and the World Health Organization, responding to humanitarian and public health emergencies in the northern part of Nigeria before relocating to the US for residency. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the New York City Health and Hospitals/Lincoln Medical Center in the South Bronx before moving to Connecticut for his fellowship training.

As a global health advocate, his interests encompass legislative and healthcare policies on social health and health equity deterrents impacting pediatric critical care, emergency medicine, and underserved/marginalized populations. He has partnered with the United Nations Foundation as an advocate in the fight against Malaria globally. His legislative and advocacy endeavors earned him the Senator Daniel K.
