Rachel Osborn, MD

Rachel Osborn is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the section of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She is Med-Peds trained but embraced the big P in her heart when she took a job fully in the department of pediatrics. Her major educational interests include deliberate strategies to teach clinical reasoning as well as structural and operational approaches to aid learning in the busy clinical setting. When not at work, she can be seen running around the East Rock neighborhood chasing her three small children who find every possible mud puddle to jump in. She also enjoys literature and writing and can be spotted on the Yale shuttle reading while she commutes into work.
