Clinical Care
The Yale Program in Addiction Medicine is dedicated to providing evidence-based clinical care for individuals engaging in substance use and living with substance use disorders. Through innovative inpatient consultation services and outpatient treatment models as well as partnerships with community organizations we strive to care for patients with and at risk for substance use disorders in a comprehensive way. In keeping with our mission of expanding access, some of our treatment services are embedded directly in general medical settings including routine primary care, hospital, emergency department and HIV specialty settings.
