Irina Earned MS in biology and joined Yale University at Keck Microarray Center in 2000. She joined YCGA since its inception and established various protocols for library preparation for NGS sequencing. Currently, she is leading the DNA library preparation group, which handles WGS, WES, Methylome, ATAC-Seq, and HiC libraries. Furthermore, Irina is actively involved in R&D efforts to develop new methods.
