Karen Franchi is the Training Program Administrator of the Yale Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Training Programs and the Yale Child Study Center Psychology Fellowship. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the programs, and education activities, ensures program compliance with regulatory agency standards and department policies, and facilitates recruitment, orientation, and graduation activities. Before this role, Karen was the Program Administrator of the Yale Social and Affective Neuroscience of Autism Program, and the Yale Toddler Developmental Disabilities Clinic. Karen has more than 20 years of experience in management and spent nearly a decade working with families within the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch.
