We are on schedule to publicly launch the school’s new T4 websites next Wednesday, August 14, 2019. If you have not yet taken the opportunity to review your T4 website and make edits in preparation for the public launch, please review at your earliest opportunity. Helpful checklists, known issues that will be fixed before launch, and other information can be found on our website.
Our team has published all content to the new server that will be used for the public launch on August 14. However, from now until launch, please make sure to publish any additional changes to both the “live” and “preview” targets in Tridion.
As a reminder, if there are any edits you made to the current live T3 websites using the content freeze version of Tridion but have NOT made those same edits for your T4 preview website, please make sure you duplicate the edits in https://edit.yale.edu before launch. Otherwise your site will not reflect those updates after launch.
From now until launch, please make sure to publish any additional changes to both the “live” and “preview” targets in Tridion.
Please remember to communicate this exciting update to your department’s leadership in advance of Thursday’s launch. As a reminder, we posted a sample email – feel free to use it!
